Ellen Guhin is a makeup artist in New York City. She has a Fine Arts background and graduated college with a BFA in Sculpture. Her interest in makeup as an art form blossomed while studying the works of artists like Cindy Sherman and Marilyn Minter. Using her sculpture background, she was determined to apply her knowledge of composition, color and balance to all things makeup. For Ellen, the joy of being an artist is the process of collaboration and finding a solution to the problem.
